RETURNS

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us; however in the unusual circumstance that you are not happy with your purchase we will do our best to remedy the issue.

UK Policy:

  • We promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post (or Hermes ParcelShop within the UK) within 30 days of receipt.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags attached and intact.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
  • Please note: You do not have to include your dispatch note along with your return. This is for your records only. Simply check the relevant box on your returns label if your items were defective or not what you ordered. Alternatively, leave these blank if your items are unsuitable.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
